I'm quite a fan of this complex.  Nestled about as far North as you can go before being in the Bedford Basin, these units offer lots of space for a reasonable price.  A quick jaunt off the Peninsula is attractive while some offer views of the water.  You'll also find underground parking and three different outdoor spaces for each unit.  The condo fees are a little high but that is the reality when buying in an older building.  Like an older house, it'll need renovations and the condo fee is your forced savings…
