770 Young Ave

The pomp and circumstance of Young Avenue and a house to live up to that reputation.   I won't call it cheap for Young Avenue, but it is certainly more attainable than some of the newer homes on the street, especially considering the sprawling 27,000 square foot lot.  Stately curb appeal with covered verandas welcome you as you enter through a gorgeous front door.  A juxtaposition of old world character and updated conveniences.  Period stained glass windows, original fireplaces and tons of space to create whatever you desire.

1530 Edward Street

The further south you go, the more prices creep up.  This Victorian masterpiece maintains its period features while the addition on the back creates an inviting and airy environment.  The crisp, white kitchen boasts 10ft ceilings and pot lights while abundant natural light washes over the living space.  Upstairs, you'll find tastfully renovated bathrooms and a rooftop patio overlooking a superb back yard.

2756 Deacon Street

The perfect house for entertaining!  A newly renovated open-concept, custom-built kitchen and top of the line gas stove.  Contemporary paint colours, a propane fireplace and custom light fixtures make for a lovely space to have your friends over.  Centrally located near grocery stores, markets and various other amenities plus a fully fenced back yard to enjoy the summer! (If summer ever comes back).

6134 Allan Street

I love an old fireplace mantle.  The character of these circa 1900 homes get me every time!  Original banisters and trim remain while the modern conveniences have been addressed.  A newer kitchen and bath, refinished floors and a generous back yard tick all the boxes.  This and a great location, minutes from the Halifax Commons make this a fantastic place to call home.

3651 Robie Street

The quiet end of Robie!  A North End starter home perfect for the young buyer looking to get on the property ladder.   As it's semi detached, you get a lot more space for your money and the renovations are mostly complete as well.  Often as a first time home buyer, the majority of your funds are applied to the down payment and this doesn't leave much left over for renovations.  Thankfully, all the big ticket items in this one have already been completed!
