Cute as a button.  This is the perfect way to get on the property ladder if a condo doesn't float your boat.  This little home is clean, well looked after and offers some outdoor space as well.  It is by no means huge, but offers the opportunity to stop renting and start owning for a similar monthly investment. 

Pros:  Get on that property ladder!
Cons: A little tight, but how much space do you really need?

1185 Beaufort Ave

This house is nestled in the South End, with views of the trees across the road.  Beaufort can be a little busy at times, but overall it's a quiet, walkable area. There's lots of space in this one with four developed floors including a bright loft with lovely views.  The master showcases a well appointed ensuite while the rest of the home has seen some tasteful upgrades.  Good value in this one.

Pros:  Location, ensuite bath, views. 
Cons:  Busier street at certain times of day. 

5843 Macleod Street - HaliPad Pick of the week

Nestled on a quiet, family friend cul de sac and a stones throw from Point Pleasant Park.  This gem is the absolute perfect place to raise a family, with a large fenced back yard, four beds and four baths.  It still needs a bit of cosmetic work to truly shine but is in good condition overall.  A good price for the neighbourhood. 

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons:  Some cosmetic touches needed.

Live with an income generating suite without sacrificing your own quality of living!  Another superb location, this character filled home offers lots of natural light and flexible spaces to suit your lifestyle.  A great suite would be perfect for your in-laws or perhaps an opportunity to have tenants pay a large chunk of your mortgage.  Watch your investment grow and do it in comfort.   

Pros:  Great income potential, two sweet suites. 
Cons: Some dated features.

Pros:  Prestigious address, water views.
