Joelle Perkins

Joelle Perkins started working in the industry as a Real Estate Assistant and then soon after realized that she wanted to be a Realtor herself! She worked as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker from 2007 to 2018 and loves the daily interaction with home buyers and sellers embarking on new chapters in their life adventures. Her strongest passion is in working with those who are searching for their first home as this is an especially exciting time in someone's life. Over the years, Joelle has helped hundreds of people find their dream home and all the while, facilitating the process so that the homeowners-to-be feel confident, comfortable and excited from start to finish. Joelle has always believed that her business is based on happy homeowners and her favorite moments are when she gets to hand the house keys to her awesome clients!

Now Joelle is the Client Care Specialist at Coldwell Banker Maritime Realty.  She ensures all the clients of the CB Maritime office get the outstanding client service experience they deserve.
